- Mobile apps such as quizzes, chatbots and the Client Portal itself.

- Face-to-face meetings or remote call centres.

- Interactions with advertisement and online forms.

- Offline records in events or other interactions.

What other parties may have access to your Personal Data?

- Somos’ employees and authorised agents, if necessary and aligned with the purpose of the data collection.

- Firms for which Somos provides services.

- Agencies for Credit analysis, debt collection and financial services.

- Third-party companies which use Personal Data for their own marketing. Purposes, the identity of which shall be disclosed to you in order to obtain proper consent.

Note: Considering that Somos is a company that provides claim management services for foreign law firms,the data processed by Somos may be transferred across borders to such firms.

For how long will Somos have access to your data?

- According to the law, Somos may use your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. After that, the data will be deleted, except in the situations provided for in the current legislation in which its maintenance is allowed.

What are the measures taken by Somos to ensure data security?

About your data

According to Articles 17 to 22 of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13709/2018, LGPD), you are entitled to know more about the processing of your data and request adjustments to the information or even its deletion. Somos takes this very seriously.

Somos created this channel to facilitate communication with you, the holder of personal data. By filling out the form, you request verification of the existence of data in our bank. If it is available, we will send you an email to confirm the identity of the holder.
